The World Health Organization (WHO) continues to keep all of us informed about the recent outbreak of coronavirus.

Our current status with regard to the COVID-19 virus remains unchanged. Our top priority remains the health and safety of event attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff. It is important to note that the Federal government has assessed the public health risk in the United States as low; however, we are continuously monitoring these alerts as the situation evolves, in order to ensure the health and safety of our attendees.

We will exercise the following cautions while on-site at the ISG Future Workplace Summit, in partnership with Convene WellSaid:

• Convene is taking proactive measures to ensure the venue is prepared to prevent the spread of germs. In addition to the existing cleaning and sanitation schedule, Convene is increasing the frequency of cleanings and taking extra care to sanitize railings, doorknobs, handles, elevator buttons, restroom surfaces, counters, and tabletops.
• We are reminding everyone to wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and to use the alcohol-based hand sanitizer provided If soap and water are not immediately available. People are also encouraged to avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth to avoid the spread of germs.
• We are promoting a handshake free meeting – a wave or fist bump would be just as effective!
